My experience with Dr. Parsons and his staff has been overwhelmingly positive. My initial consultation was handled professionally and efficiently. My husband and I met with Dr. Parsons and we found him to be very kind, attentive and clearly an expert in his field. Immediately after that, we met with his practice manager and she provided me with a folder with dates for getting an EKG and lab work at my local hospital and doctor's office. In addition, she scheduled my surgery date. Since we live about 1.5 hours away, we were able to do the pre op discussion over the phone. The hospital nurse called as well. It was very helpful to speak with two people. The surgery went very well, and I felt well cared for by the hospital staff and Dr. Parsons. My three week post surgery follow up with the office NP and Dr. Parsons was also very productive and gratifying. The NP Diane was very pleasant and she addressed all my concerns. Dr. Parsons then came in to check on my incision and he stated that I was recovering very well. He was very personable and he definitely put me at ease — something that's very important after as challenging a surgery as total knee replacement.

This is my second knee replacement and I am happy to say it is as good an experience now as it was two years ago. The staff is efficient and cheerful. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The whole process went off smoothly from start to finish.
